Neil La Belle, active since 1979 in Michigan, Colorado, California, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Florida, and Texas, holds a California real estate broker’s license since 1988. His $300 million+ project portfolio spans R&D industrial, office, condominiums, single-family housing, senior apartments, and flex space. With expertise in land acquisition, product design, capital structuring, construction oversight, property management, and sales, Neil has led over $150 million in developments in Texas and Kansas.

Weston LaBelle, a University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship, serves as Financial Analyst, Land Acquisitions, and Investor Relations specialist. His responsibilities include project financial analysis, site selection, market studies, land acquisition, loan proposals, investor reporting, and private equity financing.
